Yaki Sugi House
We recently constructed a new building in East Sheen, Richmond, London, UK. From the start of the project, we prioritised a sustainable approach and strategy. To achieve this, we utilized Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) with prefabricated pods for the bathroom units and 2D panels and CLT for the overall structure. Our sustainability protocol followed Passivhaus standards, which include the use of Air Source Heat Pumps, heat recovery systems, and solar PV panels for renewable energy supply.
