Experienced Part 2/3 Architect
Role Description
This is an exciting opportunity to undertake a full-time, in-person role for a Part 2/3 Architect or Technical Assistant Architect in a nurturing growth environment. The role involves direct client liaison, and day-to-day tasks such as architectural design, project management, and software development integration. The successful candidate will contribute to feasibility studies, master planning, hospitals, schools, mixed-use projects, offices, and developments. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects and create impactful designs that enhance people’s quality of life. Qualifications
- Architectural Design and Project Management skills
- Experience in software development integration.
- Strong understanding of sustainable design principles..
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM + SketchUP
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of building regulations and planning processes.
- Experience of office fit out, residential and mixed use and urban design.
- Part 2/3 Architect or Technical Assistant Architect qualification.
- Good communication skills, an enthusiastic manner and a willingness to attend industry events
