The design concept for St Matthias’ Terrace house includes a distinctive submerged classical rear extension, adding timeless elegance to the property. The ground floor rear extension will also expand the living areas and create a more functional and modern layout. The landscape design incorporates a bespoke pool, carefully integrated into the surroundings to provide a tranquil and aesthetically pleasing focal point. Alongside this, a thoughtfully planned garden room enhances the overall outdoor experience, offering a flexible space throughout the year.
