The Gateway
The brief for this mixed-use scheme was to create a residential building in a dense, urban area at one of the gateways to central London.
We created a tower that allows for individual exterior spaces for each apartment and a common roof terrace linked to a multi-use hall/gym area. This terrace would have an optimal orientation and outstanding views towards the river Thames.
The exterior spaces at ground floor have been carefully considered and the creation of a public space would activate an area which would represent a positive contribution to the local community.
