Airspace Residential Development

We designed the residential development of four large high-end apartments in Richmond, London, UK. This included refurbishment of common areas, parking, front gardens, refuse strategy and services. We built the concept using Modern Methods of Construction and Design for Manufacture and Assembly as Modular construction off-site and prefabricated. This allowed for efficient quality control and effective and measurable reductions of impact on the natural environment. We considered materials that would encourage biodiversity to thrive and extended balconies that create generous interior gardens. We kept in mind the Work-from-Home approach, enhancing the natural ventilation strategy and bringing daylight to all common and private areas.
