Our basic package is a straightforward architectural package, but we assure you that we will guide you through the planning process and lead you towards a stunning renovation that meets your needs.

Time Efficiency

To maximise efficiency, the building contractor becomes your main point of contact, which minimises our time and involvement in the project, providing a straightforward experience with less time spent on concept development and discussing details. However, it is essential to note that the Design and Build approach requires a higher level of client involvement. While that may not suit everyone, it offers a more hands-on experience for clients who prefer actively engaging in decision-making.
