The Strand Hotel is a conservation refurbishment project transforming a historic building. As architects leading the post-planning and technical design phases, our scope includes a full internal refurbishment, a carefully designed rear extension to enhance guest amenities and operational spaces, and a complete remodelling of the ground floor shop front to create a modern, inviting street presence.

The design delivers quality and functionality while respecting the building’s heritage character. Targeting BREEAM Outstanding certification, the project integrates best-in-class sustainable strategies, high-performance systems, and energy-efficient solutions to achieve outstanding environmental performance and long-term occupant wellbeing.
