The design concept for St Matthias’ Terrace house includes a distinctive submerged classical rear extension, adding timeless elegance to the property. The ground floor rear extension will also expand the living areas and create a more functional and modern layout.

The landscape design incorporates a bespoke pool, carefully integrated into the surroundings to provide a tranquil and aesthetically pleasing focal point. Alongside this, a thoughtfully planned garden room enhances the overall outdoor experience, offering a flexible space throughout the year.

The proposed development pays homage to the existing architecture, ensuring a harmonious blend of indoor and outdoor living spaces flooded with natural light. Anticipated to commence later in 2024, we are excited to embark on this journey and transform the vision into a stunning reality.
