We used a super small plot to create this space saving Passivhaus in Fulham, London, UK. We took a fabric-first approach and incorporated enerPHit standards.
Inspired by origami, the shape of the roof is designed to catch the sunlight efficiently in order to optimize ecological credentials. We used parametric design to respond to daylight constraints and right-to-light which informed the overall architecture. The result is a breath-taking house that looks like it has been folded creating a sleek symmetry.
Pablo has been a pleasure to work with, demonstrating an excellent understanding of the design brief, producing an imaginative concept, with fantastic design ideas. The service received has been outstanding and we look forward to submitting our pre-application, before incorporating the Local Authorities feedback, in order to hopefully gain a viable, exemplary planning consent.
