Long Brick House

Our refurbishment and extension plan for a Victorian property in Putney, London, UK, located in a conservation area, included a semi-basement to enhance connectivity with the garden and maximise the floor-to-ceiling heights.

The design incorporates different ceiling heights to create subspaces for various purposes and focuses on circulation flow between the front and back of the house. Additionally, we added a wine cellar for the client, integrated into the open-plan area, as a unique feature.
