Holroyd Road

In our plans for a refurbishment and extension of this Victorian property in a conservation area of Putney, London, UK we created a semi-basement to maximise the floor to ceiling heights and increase connectivity with the garden.

The design played with the differing ceiling heights to create subspaces for a mix of different uses. The refurbishment also looked carefully into the flow of circulation between front of house and back of house. We included a feature wine cellar for the client integrated into the open plan area.
