Richmond Mixed-Use Development

This project integrates an underused area that is stepped back from a busy hub of Richmond, London, UK. We saw the potential to develop the space and increase the supply of homes in an area of low housing stock. The project is successful at increasing urban diversity through introducing a pedestrianised street that leads to a range of housing, retail and leisure facilities.

The basement level comprises of flexible units that can be utilised for office space, industrial or leisure. The ground floor units are multifunctional to allow for a live-work lifestyle. The top floor residential units are designed to allow for an indoor/outdoor living experience whilst ensuring privacy from the street below.
